Two of our Epic Couriers were participants in this year’s Ride for the Feast!
Ken and Jason each raised $1500 in donations for Moveable Feast, a nonprofit in Baltimore that provides nutritious meals delivered to their clients completely free of charge, focusing on Maryland residents living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and diabetes. This awesome organization also takes their clients to and from their medical appointments, has a culinary job training program, and is basically the coolest thing ever (full disclosure: Ken used to work at Moveable Feast).
This is Jason’s and Ken’s fourth year participating in the Ride, which is Moveable Feast’s largest fundraiser. 100% of all money raised by the riders goes to providing services to the non-profits’ clients, and this year the Ride raised over $700,000 dollars to provide for people in need.
